Courses are licensed for personal use by the purchaser. Sharing or reselling course materials is prohibited.

• One license per individual; team licenses require explicit authorization.
• Login credentials must not be shared. Automated scraping or bulk downloading is not allowed.
• We may limit access to prevent abuse, including excessive concurrent sessions.

Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely by third-party providers. Refunds are available within 7 days if you have not completed over 20% of a course.

• Displayed prices may exclude local taxes which will be calculated at checkout.
• Discounts and coupons are time-limited and cannot be combined unless stated.
• Chargebacks for valid purchases will result in account suspension.

User Conduct

You agree not to upload unlawful, harassing, or infringing content.

• No reverse engineering of course players, DRM, or assessment logic.
• No posting of answers or proprietary course excerpts in public repositories.
• No soliciting other learners for spam, scams, or unrelated promotions.

• Content is provided “as is” without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
• Access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or events beyond our control.

Account & Access

• You must be at least 16 years old or have parental consent to use the Services.

• We may terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these Terms or suspected fraud.

Intellectual Property

• All course materials, branding, and site assets are protected by copyright and trademark law.
• You receive a non-transferable, revocable license to access purchased content for your personal use.

Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
